We can paint any colour you want. Hayme’s range of premium-grade products are available in a wide range of colours, but we also use other brands such as Dulux and can tint the paint to get the desired colour.

We always work to keep the work area neat and tidy, though some painting equipment, especially scaffolding and height access gear, can be time-consuming to set up. We may need to leave some equipment on-site but will make sure it isn’t in the way or causes an obstruction to tenants. Once the project is complete we will do a full pack down, leaving the area as good as new.

Surepaint has an extensive business insurance policy to cover any damages or financial loss to the Body Corporate or tenants – though this is a rare scenario. We’re WorkCover Certified, so if our staff are injured and unable to work they know we’ve got their backs.

With this type of projects, Body Corporate Managers or site foremen will be crucial in sending the right information to tenants about the upcoming paintwork at the right time. You’ll need to notify tenants we’ll be on-site, what site access needs we have, and which common areas will be affected.

Yes, we provide our own scaffolding and height access equipment. We don’t service buildings over three stories high, and there can be increased costs for using height access gear, which we’ll inform you about when providing a detailed final quote.

Being Brisbane, rain can be an issue. Unfortunately, there’s not a lot we can do about rain other than arriving on site and seeing how much work can be done. Rain can cause delays, but as most rain tends to happen in the afternoon, and acrylic paint takes a couple of hours to dry, it is possible we can continue to make progress in the morning.

There is no specific time of year that’s best for body corporate painting. There is less rain in Brisbane during winter, so there could be fewer weather delays, but it’s also important to consider the needs of your tenants and residents. If it’s an office space that closes down over Christmas and New Year’s, that could be an opportune time to get some work done, for example.

Yes, we will provide at least 1L of leftover paint for all products used. While you can use these for touch up jobs yourself, these are typically used to help you remember exactly what colours and products were used. In the future, if you require more painting done having these on hand can simplify the process of picking colours and finishes.

We have our own QBCC licensed contractors that are responsible for ensuring best practice is carried out at every stage of the project. We will of course work with you and your site foreman to ensure that everyone’s happy with the work and any issues that arise can be solved quickly.
