The client and Surepaint's project manager has reviewed the following :
1. Scope of work document
2. Colour selection document
3. Work area

and other than the comments labeled in this document, the client agrees that all items have been clearly explained and understood.

The client accepts and understands the following :

1. If the colours chosen do not achieve full opacity in the number of coats allowed in the scope of work an additional variation will be required.
2. If the client does not like the chosen colour a variation for materials and labour will be required at a rate of $60 per hour, per man + gst.
3. Any works requested by the client that are currently outside of our provided scope of work will not be attended until a variation quotation is accepted and deposit paid by the client.
