The Surepaint team consists of a group of dynamic, experienced, and professional individuals. We combine our skills, talent, and our passion to provide painting solutions to residential & commercial properties around Greater Brisbane area.
When Can We Start?
Generally, we can start projects within 2 days of acceptance for smaller projects. However, we normally have a 2 – 3 week period before most projects are started.
How Long Will It Take?
Generally we would allow 1 weeks to complete your project.
What Will We Use?
Premium grade Sikkens decking oils
Our proposal is limited to the itemised specification & inclusions which are noted in the scope of the work area of each line item.

– Carpentry repairs are not included in your quotation. Carpentry work should be conducted by a licensed carpenter.
– Surepaint does not do carpentry repairs, adjust items or manage other tradespeople.
– Pressure cleaning is limited to the areas that have to be repainted unless otherwise specified.
– Surepaint will attempt to feather sand the difference in paint layers. However, a difference between new and old paint layers may be visible on a repaint project.
– Unless otherwise stated in your project’s specification, loose and flaking paint is to be either sanded or scrapped to a sound surface. No more than 1sqm. This does not mean scrapping all the paint off. Paint removal over 1 sqm will be deemed a variation unless specified.
– We advise windows or doors that are currently binding or may not operate freely, be inspected and repaired by a carpenter prior to our arrival. We have not allowed in your quote to sand down your door or window edges to allow them to operate freely.
– Application will be by brush, rollers, or spray which is to be at the sole discretion of the contractor unless specified in your quotation.
– On completion, our painters will make their best efforts to clean the work area. However, we have not allowed for a bond or window clean on completion; some dust, streaks on windows, etc will inevitably remain.

It takes about 1.5 to 2.5 weeks for our team to paint an average-sized home that needs only minimal preparations. For larger homes or for more extensive preparation, it takes us about 2.5 to 4 weeks. These estimates depend on weather and how much preparation is required.
Our current booking period is around 2-4 weeks. We can start small jobs on short notice. However, larger jobs need to be booked into our schedule in advance.

30 days after a quotation is issued for residential painting projects, body corporate and commercial painting projects are 90 days.

We can also engage and supply full aluminium tube scaffold for any areas above 5.5 meters or areas with a width less than 1.1 meters.
We accept two (2) major payment methods: EFT and credit card.
When making payments by credit card its important to note that there is a surcharge.
