  • Convert Like a Boss: Achieve a minimum 28% conversion rate on sales appointments.
  • Maximize Margins: Focus on closing premium, high-value deals that align with our top-tier solutions.
  • Follow Up Relentlessly: No lead goes cold under your watch.

What We’re Looking For 🏆

  • 3+ years of proven sales success (preferably in painting, construction, or trades).
  • A relentless closer’s mindset—you chase until you get a clear yes or no.
  • Stellar communication and negotiation skills.
  • A relationship builder who earns trust and delivers value.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiar with CRM systems, sales tools, and mobile apps.
  • Valid C-Class Driver’s Licence for on-the-go deal-making.
