If the existing coating is in a good condition then we don’t have to sand the walls all the way. Our exterior house painters will have to remove everything that is loose and flaky, otherwise the new paint job will be compromised. If there is a large-scale paint failure, then we will have to sand it all back.

There is no fool-proof way to deal with it rather than arriving on site every day to see what we can achieve, and not taking the weather forecast too literally (we’ve all experienced an incorrect forecast before).
